Kigali is the national capital of Rwanda, placed in the center of the country, with a population of approximately 851.024 inhabitants.Founded in 1907 during the German control, the city turned into the capital of the country after obtaining the independence in 1962. Before the independence, in 1962, Belgium was administering the country from the current capital of Burundi, Bujumbura.
