Great location and the room was big and clean. Appliances are a bit old and not working efficiently and the place needs an upgrade. Overall a good option for Jomtien as it is one of the better hotels in the area for its price range

My initial room was not up to my expectations, so I paid extra to be upgraded. My upgraded room was spacious, cleaned daily, had a balcony and views of the surrounding area. The hotel staff were professional but courteous, creating a nice friendly enviroment.

Located in Pattaya (Jomtien), Aiyaree Place Hotel is within a 10-minute walk of Jomtien Beach and Dongtan Beach. This luxury hotel is 2.2 mi (3.5 km) from Walking Street and 2.5 mi (4 km) from Pattaya Beach.

Omtien is located 160 km from Bangkok and continues almost seamlessly from Pattaya to the southeast. A variety of hotels and central tourist facilities such as shops, restaurants and bars are located in the northern part (main section). The narrow and busy beach is separated by a road from the hotels. Further east (area Na Jomtien) the hotels are located in a quiet environment and often close directly to the wider beach. The balanced climate with a less pronounced summer rainy season makes the region an all-year destination. The sea is not always clear in the vicinity of the coast, jellyfish can occur. Buses, taxis and tuk-tuks provide a convenient and fast connection to Pattaya.
