Welcome to Rome! Upon your arrival at the airport, we will be there to transfer you to your hotel. You will find all the details you need to meet your guide at the hotel on the information boards. In the late afternoon, we will provide a transfer to the Esquilino neighborhood, an excellent introduction to Rome with its grand basilicas and the Colosseum. Dinner will be included.

In the morning, we´ll begin with a panoramic tour that will introduce us to the “Eternal City.” This tour includes admission to the Imperial Forums, an impressive architectural complex of monumental buildings and squares that served as the center of political activity in ancient Rome. Afterward, we’ll go to St. Peter´s Basilica in the Vatican, where you´ll have free time. The afternoon will be at your leisure.

Jour 3
Free day. Today, we suggest an optional excursion to Naples, Capri, and Pompeii.
We’ll travel to Pisa, where we’ll take a train from the parking area to the monumental Piazza dei Miracoli, home to the famous Leaning Tower. You´ll have free time for lunch. Afterward, we’ll head to Santa Margherita Ligure, where we’ll take a boat to Portofino, one of the most exclusive destinations in Europe. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to stroll along the waterfront and enjoy some leisure time. We’ll then continue to Genoa, a city whose downtown reflects its rich history as a powerful republic during the Middle Ages.Note: Occasionally, due to weather conditions, the boat to Portofino may not operate in winter. In such cases, additional free time will be provided in Santa Margherita. Alternatively, you can reach Portofino by public microbus (please keep in mind that the service can be limited, and there may be longer waiting times).

Genoa - San giulio - Milan - Verona
Jour 5
Today, we’ll discover one of Europe’s most beautiful landscapes: the Italian lakes nestled in the valleys of the Alps. We’ll travel to Lake Orta, where we’ll visit the medieval town of Orta San Giulio, known for its remarkably well-preserved architecture. Our visit includes a train ride to the center of this charming village and a boat trip to San Giulio Island, which is home to a monastery. Afterward, we’ll head to Milan, the main financial and economic hub of Italy. You’ll have free time to explore the downtown area, visit Milan´s renowned cathedral, and have lunch. We’ll then continue our journey through the Po Valley to Verona, where you’ll have free time for dinner.

Verona - Venice
Jour 6
In Verona, you’ll have free time to explore the city of Romeo and Juliet. We’ll then continue to Venice, with an expected arrival around noon. We’ll include a boat transfer to St. Mark’s Square, where a local guide will lead us on a walking tour through the city of canals. You’ll also have the opportunity to admire Murano glasswork. Enjoy free time for lunch and be sure to take a ride on one of the famous gondolas. We’ll be spending the night in the Mestre area or nearby.

Venice - Lugano - Lucerne - Zurich
Jour 7
We’ll depart, traveling through the Po Valley and into Switzerland, where we’ll enter the picturesque region of Alpine lakes. In Lugano, you’ll have time to explore the capital of the Italian-speaking Swiss canton, located on the shores of a beautiful lake. After lunch, we’ll cross the Alps via the Gotthard Tunnel. We’ll arrive in Lucerne in the afternoon, where we’ll stop to see the Lion Monument and enjoy some free time in this charming Swiss city on the shores of the Lake of the Four Cantons. In the evening, we’ll reach Zurich and take a leisurely walk along the lake.

We’ll depart from Zurich and travel to the French region of Alsace, where we’ll visit its capital, Strasbourg—a charming city that beautifully blends French and German influences. You’ll have time to explore and get to know the city. Afterward, we’ll continue our journey to Paris, arriving in the evening.

We’ll immerse ourselves in the rich history of France at the magnificent Palace of Versailles (admission not included), renowned for its stunning gardens. On our return to Paris, we’ll visit Montmartre, where a cable car (included) will take us up to this charming bohemian neighborhood, famous for its artists, painters, and cabarets. To fully appreciate the grandeur of Paris, we’ll embark on a panoramic city tour with a local guide, showcasing the city’s impressive avenues and iconic monuments. Afterward, we’ll return to the hotel. For those interested, there is an optional variety show in the evening.

We’ll start our day in central Paris, beginning with a visit to the iconic Eiffel Tower. You´ll have the chance to go up to the second floor of this famous iron landmark (tickets included). Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a relaxing boat cruise along the Seine. You’ll have a free afternoon to explore the city at your own pace.Around 4:00 p.m., we’ll depart Paris and head to Normandy, arriving in Rouen. You´ll have free time to explore the historic center of this vibrant city, which dates back to Roman times and boasts charming medieval architecture and an impressive Gothic cathedral, offering a delightful blend of history and culture.Note: If wait times at the Eiffel Tower are too long, we might reschedule the visit to a different time (or on Sunday) for your convenience.

Crossing the English Channel by ferry, we’ll reach Canterbury, the religious capital of England, known for its charming historic center. Our journey will continue to London, where you’ll have some free time in the Tower Bridge area, one of the city´s most iconic symbols, before we head to the hotel.

Discover London on a panoramic tour with a local guide that showcases the city’s culture and history. You’ll see famous sites such as the Parliament, the River Thames, and Buckingham Palace, where you might witness the iconic Changing of the Guard (depending on the dates). In the evening, we’ll establish a meeting point in Piccadilly to take a stroll through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, areas renowned for their lively atmosphere, theaters, and entertainment options. You’ll have plenty of restaurants to choose from for dinner before we return to the hotel.

We’ll start the day by leaving London and heading towards northern England. Our first stop will be Cambridge, where we’ll admire the beautiful colleges. After lunch, we’ll continue to York, where the stunning cathedral, Roman walls, and lively shopping streets will leave a lasting impression. You’ll have some free time to explore. Afterwards, we’ll proceed north to Durham, a vibrant medieval town featuring a magnificent cathedral in front of the castle.

We’ll travel to Scotland, with a stop in Alnwick, a picturesque town known for its beautiful gardens and large medieval castle, famously featured in the Harry Potter films. We’ll then continue to Edinburgh, arriving around midday. As Scotland’s capital and one of the most vibrant cities in Northern Europe, Edinburgh’s monumental center has been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The castle overlooks the city’s steep streets and parks. We’ll enjoy a panoramic tour with a local guide.

Today, we have an exciting journey through the Scottish Highlands ahead of us, starting with a coffee and a stroll in Pitlochry, a charming village. Next, we’ll pass through Inverness in northern Scotland, near the mysterious Loch Ness. We’ll embark on a boat trip on its dark waters and visit Urquhart Castle (admission included). Next, we’ll pass through Fort Augustus with its sluice system and Fort William, a tourist center at the foot of Ben Nevis, the highest summit in the United Kingdom. Heading south, we’ll travel through the high plateaus, where snow is often visible, and skirt the picturesque shores of Loch Lomond. We’ll arrive in Glasgow at the end of the day to take a short stroll around the city center and settle into our accommodation.IMPORTANT NOTE: Groups arriving in Edinburgh from the 15th of November until the end of February will follow this adjusted itinerary due to the shorter days and frequent snow on the roads:We’ll depart from Edinburgh to Pitlochry, a picturesque town in the heart of Scotland known for its whiskey production. We’ll visit a traditional whiskey distillery (admission included). Our journey will continue to Stirling, renowned for its impressive historic center and grand castle, which has witnessed significant historical events, including battles and royal coronations (tickets included). You’ll have time for lunch. Afterward, we’ll stop to photograph The Kelpies, enormous sculptures of two horse heads inspired by Scottish mythology. Finally, we’ll continue to Glasgow, where you’ll have time to stroll through the city center before settling into your accommodation.
