Great location and rooms, lacking amenities

All in all good value for money and a super convenient location. Room was nice, bed super comfortable. Had a bit of an issue at check in, I have pre-paid the stay, but that charged me again, because their system was down and they couldn’t check. They also missed all gold member benefits, so had to ask about that as well. Breakfast is disappointing. Hotel itself doesn’t actually offer breakfast. Instead, you get a voucher you can use the nearby cafes. On first morning we had an early breakfast, so the only place open was a cafe nest door. The really sad selection of only 5 dishes, and you have to choose to either have a coffee or juice. Feeling like a bit of a scam. Second morning we tried a different place. Selection was a lot better and food nicer. Parking is a bit misleading, there is a big multi-story parking available, but has nothing really to do with the hotel itself and hotel doesn’t provide any special rates for guests.
