The hotel doesn't have online access so we paid in cash at the hotel, even they don't know the name expedia which we booked online. Arrogant manager & front desk employee.never will be here again

Given the reviews of the BenMas, I expected something better. The rooms were quite small and very warm without a fan. Many of the outlets didn't work. The food was fair, but limited and the dining room & linens rather run down. Overall, the staff did not seem to be able to solve problems or provide solutions without being pressured to do so (not at all my experience in other Ethiopian hotels). The BenMas is affordable, but I will look for other hotel options the next time I'm in BD

Very nice staff restaurant have a very elaborate menu food excellant and room ok but shower need sone minor repair to cirrect leak to floor if the room.

Силно препоръчвана разходка е тази, която ни отвежда до моста на Синия Нил, много близо до изворите на тази река. Този мост се намира на около 2,5 км от хотел Гион, следвайки брега на езерото Тана. От самия мост и гледайки към езерото, можете да видите изворите на Синия Нил и, в зависимост от времето на деня и с малко късмет, е възможно да видите хипопотам. Разбира се, нито мостът, нито гледката към реката от тази точка са особено очарователни, поне в сравнение с изворите на Белия Нил в Джинджа (Уганда). Въпреки това, ние отново препоръчваме да направите това пътуване. Ако продължим пътеката отвъд моста и след 200 м. завием надясно към планината Безавит и изминем още около 3 км., ще стигнем до двореца на Хайле Селасие. Дворецът не може да бъде посетен и е забранено да се правят снимки отвън. Има само възможната гледка оттам. Връщайки се в центъра на Бахир Дар по същия път, препоръчваме да направите спирка в хотел Тана.
