ほこりがすごい。

このホテルのロビーや部屋は、とてもきれいに見えますが、部屋の掃除は、全然ダメです。毎日、掃除していないのか、部屋のホコリがすごい。コーヒやお茶パックを置いているガラスの棚は、見ただけでホコリがはっきりわかる。また、クローゼットのハンガーに服をかけましたが、棚に服を置くのはやめました。指でなぞると、汚さがわかります。床も汚く、素足で歩くと、足の裏がすぐに汚くなります。 2泊したので、2日目にチップを置いて観光に行き、戻ると1日目よりは、きれいになってました。それと、1日目はタオルが1枚しか置いていなかったが、2日めは2枚になってた。歯ブラシも、1日め１つしか置いてなかった。それから、シャワーの排水がとても悪いです。宿泊のセットに、無料のWIFIがついていたで、フロントでWIFIにアクセスするための、ユーザ名とパスワードを教えてもらえたが、1人しか使えなかった。なので、宿泊人数は2人なので、もう一つユーザ名とパスワードをもらったら、チェックアウトの時に500ルピー請求された。しかし、宿泊に無料WIFIが入っているので、おかしいと抗議すると、支払いはなくなった。それから、ロービーで無料の人形劇をやってるが、見た後に、人形を買えと言われる。人形は買わず、チップを払って部屋に戻った。

Hotel needs renovation. The upgraded room are worse than a budget hotel. Mould everywhere in bathrooms, switches broken, stains on towels and bedsheets, gym full of dust.

Wouldn't stay again.

Had to ask every evening to have the hot water fixed. Food presentation was awful, though some of it tasted nice. No bar, but it is advertised on hotels dot com and their own website. 2 events held during my 5 days which meant loud music won 2 consecutive nights
