Property is nice and friendly staff. <15 minutes walk from Big Ben and to Victoria station to take the tour busses. They offer breakfast for a fee and there is one restaurant at one side of the building and there are other restaurants around in that area. We stayed in the annex building and had to walk around inside to get in and out. The only elevator in the annex building was not working and they didn’t fix it for more than two days. They said, waiting for more parts!!! We stayed in 4th floor. Though the concierge desk helped us to carry the luggage, it was tiresome to climb up and down after long days walking around London. Though issues like this happen, I am surprised that they couldn’t fix it for more than two days! Other than that the hotel was a great plays to stay. The staff was very helpful. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time, they tried to get us the room little early, as soon as the room was cleaned. I would recommend this hotel for families.

Lovely hotel in a quiet location with great views. In fact it was amazing how quiet it was given that’s its walking distance from Victoria Station. Would definitely consider staying again in the near future
