The hotel scammed me and my friends out of money. They charged my credit card twice as well as my friend twice, despite their self check in saying ‘declined’ and calling to explain the issue. The person on the phone didn’t do anything to help me check in, nor did she look into the credit card charges I complained about. I now have to deal with calling the credit card company (and my friend) in order to get our money back for the double charges. Not to mention a few days after our stay, I see an unrecognized charge on my card from the same area where this hotel was. Absolutely NOT worth the hassle.

Louren Apartments is centrally located in Prague, a 4-minute walk from Letna Park and a 4-minute drive from Old Town Square. This apartment is 1.6 mi (2.6 km) from Prague Astronomical Clock and 1.9 mi (3 km) from Charles Bridge.
