I’ve stayed there few times. Good Hotel, I like & Staff are great, but needs some improvements: 1- Shuttle request online doesn’t work (better call way before)- they forgot me at the airport once, when I called they said it’s too late :-(.
2-I guess there’s no backup generator. Last time, none of elevators worked due to low current voltage said the front desk- tha night I had to take the stairs to the 8th floor, good jogging :D

Very friendly staff. Tight security, easily accessible, very clean rooms with a lot of user friendly amenities. This is one of the best hotels I stayed in while on my trip to cameroon.
