Small hotel. 17 rooms. Very quiet. Room was clean. Great heritage building. There was an issue with a leaking roof in the hallway and as a result we had to walk thru a moldy area to get to our room which was unpleasant but once we got to our room the smell was gone. Proximity to shops, restaurants and entertainment was great!

Great weekend accommodation
An overall comfortable and enjoyable stay. Room was small but well appointed and very clean. Bed and pillows great, slept well. This is a functioning hotel with live music and functions; there are noise reducing glass doors to separate the hotel rooms but you’ll still be aware of some noise. Check in was quick and easy. Very close to Ballarat railway station and restaurant strips.
