The front desk seemed understaffed. We ate in the restaurant in the lobby - food wasn't that great. If you like soft beds - the one we had you sunk into. The hotel is close and convenient to the CAA Mirvish Theatre.

Great!!

Great sized room and the hotel was fantastically located. Not enough pillows on the bed is the only slight let down. King sized bed with only 3 pillows, surely 4 would have made more sense?! Other than that we had a fabulous time. Staff on the front desk were very polite, friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
