Takoradi Ghana

Takoradi is a city in the Western Region of Ghana. Presently known as Sekondi-Takoradi it is the region's largest city and an industrial and commercial centre, with a population of over 445,000 people. Takoradi has plenty of beaches, however they are not a major tourist attraction. Many of the beaches are found to the west with small resorts. It also has an annual street carnival, which is popular with tourists.
