Tokyo is huge and a well-organized modern city. The city landscape of Tokyo consists of temples and shrines, quiet nature reserves, historical buildings, futuristic architecture and neon lights. The core of the city includes Chiyoda and Chuo. This area features the impressive Imperial Palace, the national government buildings, the famous shopping area of Ginza, Tsukiji fish market, Akihabara electronics market and the historic Tokyo Station. The quiet neighborhood of Asakusa has some must-see attractions such as the Sensoji Temple, the Nakamise-dōri shopping arcade, and the Golden Poo. Nearby is the Ueno area, including the Ameyoko market. A perfect spot to shop for traditional gifts and see a great Buddhist temple. Kyoto has thousands of temples and shrines, including the spectacular golden Kinkaku-ji, Ryoanji with its Zen garden, the popular Kiyomizu-dera, Sanjusangendo with its life-size statues of Kannon and the more tranquil Tenryu-ji in Arashiyama. Also in Arashiyama, there is the famous Bamboo Grove. A wonderful thing to do in Kyoto is a walking tour of Gion, one of the main Geisha districts. About the destination: Osaka is a big modern city in Japan. It is the central metropolis of the Kansai region and the largest of the Osaka-Kobe-Kyoto trio. It is a lively and exciting place that exudes a definite charm. Its history is rich, its scenery is gorgeous, and it's well-located close to the major cultural centers of Kyoto and Nara, and just a few hours by bullet train to Tokyo. Osaka has two major city centers, Kita, north side, and Minami, south side. Kita is a large shopping and business area, Minami is Osaka's most famous entertainment district. Osaka’s major attractions are the impressive, beautifully restored, castle and the truly wonderful aquarium. Osaka has some striking modern architecture, a vibrant nightlife scene and tasty local cuisine. About the destination: Seoul is the capital of South Korea. Exuding Asian charm from every brick, Seoul is a very modern city yet traditional. There is a lot to see and do in this vibrant city, it offers many worthy sights, delicious gastronomy, architecture, nightlife, museums, culture, entertainment, shopping and open spaces to satisfy any visitor. The Hangang River separates Seoul into two distinct areas, north and south. The city lies in a natural basin, surrounded by the Hanbuk Mountain Range and a series hills, offering a magnificent scenic beauty that is one of Seoul’s major appeals. As the ancient seat of Korea's royalty, there are many palaces and fortresses spread throughout the city. Some of the most important are the Gyeongbok-gung, the Changdeok-gung and the Deoksu-gung. There are, as well, many temples and shrines devoted to the royal family members of Korean dynasties and to the Jogye order of Buddhism, the dominant branch of Buddhism in Korea. Two of the major Buddhist temples in the city are the Jogye Temple and the Bongeun Temple. There are several parks throughout the city and some fantastic hiking opportunities on the outskirts of the city center. Exciting and colorful, traditional and modern, Seoul is never boring.

About the destination: Busan is the second largest city of South Korea and is located in the south-eastern province of South Gyeongsang. Busan was the host city of the 2002 Asian Games and APEC 2005 Korea. Busan tourism is increasing very fast in the last years and its tourist attractions are very interesting. One of them is the famous Centum Shopping Zone. It is also an entertainment complex zone equipped with various facilities for shopping, spa, and movies etc. The streets in the zone are lined with restaurants which allow you to try different foods, and see various types of exhibitions and performances. These exhibitions and performances are held in BEXCO, a multi-cultural exhibition center. Another big tourist attraction is the Busan Cinema Center that is the first video multi-cultural space in the world where films and performance arts are integrated. It is the symbol of Busan and a film city. It is also the venue for the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF). The building is equipped with three movie theatres and a multi-purpose performance hall. The building also contains over 120,000 LED lights under the world's largest roofed stage providing a fantastic sight at night. In Igidae Galmaet-gil is possible to do a beautiful tour of 3 hours. The coastal walking path passes along gentle cliffs which look down over the ocean. The course covers a 3.95-km stretch running through from Dongsaengmal, Eoulmadang, Nong Rock to Oryuk Islets Sunrise Park. Where Gwangan Bridge ends, there is Bunpo, which used to be a salt farm. Over Bunpo, you see the green mountain ahead of you at Igidae Park. Some spectacular views from Nong Rock to Oryuk Islets are the essence of Igidae Park.

With a population of over 21million people, it is the nation's second-largest city after Shanghai. Beijing is a modern city of impressive new urban and commercial developments that looks towards the future but it is intrinsically linked to its imperial past. Beijing is renowned for its lavish palaces, ancient temples, and huge stone walls and gates. Its art treasures and important government and cultural institutions have long made the city a center of culture and art in China. The heart of the city and most important landmark is Tiananmen Square, the world's largest public square. The Tiananmen Gate separates the square from the Forbidden Palace, one of the city’s must-sees. The Forbidden Palace was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Today it is known as the Palace museum and is one of the wonders of ancient China. Other Beijing’s main attractions are The Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace and the ancient alleyway neighborhoods, where you can find traditional Beijing architecture, called Hutongs. Beijing is a good base to visit some of China’s major landmarks such as the Great Wall of China and the Ming Tombs. Some great world famous cultural and heritage sites, a thriving nightlife, great sporting facilities given as a legacy from the 2008 Olympic Games, great food such as Peking Duck, and good entertainment options like the Beijing Opera, make Beijing a fascinating city offering a lot to visitors.

About the destination: Xi’an is a historic city in Shaanxi Province in China. Xi’an lies in the central part of Guanzhong Plain between the Wei River to the north and the Qinling Mountain to the south. It is a harmonious town, where tradition and modernity stand side by side. Xi’an has immense historical significance and it houses some of the famous China attractions and some of the most important archaeological sites in China. The city was the capital for 13 dynasties, and a total of 73 emperors ruled here, with so much history within the ground the city lies upon, it is no wonder that there are so many historical ruins, museums and cultural relics to be found here. The most important sites to visit in Xi’an are the City Wall of Xi'an, the world's largest city wall, the Grand Mosque and the historic Qin Terra Cotta Warriors. But the city is filled with historical relics with 72 tombs of Emperors and palaces, temples and multiple other reminders of the past. Other notable sites in and around Xi'an include the Large and Small Wild Goose Pagodas, which were built in the Tang Dynasty. Xi'an is also home to one of China's best museums, the Shaanxi History Museum, which contains an outstanding collection of artifacts from the various early dynasties that ruled China.
