Day 1: Airport To Sigiriya
The arrival of the guest at Bandaranaike International Airport, after concluding immigration formalities collect your luggage where our airport representative will meet you at the arrival lounge with signage. You will be meeting your tour guide at the arrival lounge, who will be accompanying you throughout your tour from Day 01 to Day 06. Day 2: Sigiriya
After breakfast at the Hotel, get ready to leave for a traditional village experience. Your Chauffer guide will accompany you throughout the excursion. Sigiriya - (Lion's Rock), is a large stone and ancient rock fortress and palace ruin in the central Dambulla of Sri Lanka, surrounded by the remains of an extensive network of gardens, reservoirs, and other structures. A popular tourist destination, Sigiriya is also renowned for its ancient paintings (frescos) which are reminiscent of the Ajanta Caves of India. It is one of the seven World Heritage Sites of Sri Lanka. It is also declared by UNESCO as the 8th Wonder of the World. Notes: If you wish to climb all the way to Optional: Jeep Safari to Eco Park/Minneriya/Kaudulla National Park These national parks in Habarana are the best places in the country to see wild elephants, which are often present in huge numbers of elephants. (Good to know: Elephants are moving to one of those national parks. Day 3: Sigiriya To Kandy
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Kandy En route - Dambulla Cave Temple - Also known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla, comprised of 5 caves and a picturesque facade carved into the side of a steep rock face, Dambulla Cave Temple houses ancient paintings depicting the Buddha and his life. Home to the famous Dambulla Cave Temple, A UNESCO World Heritage site, the Iron Wood Forest, and the Rose Quartz Mountain Range, Dambulla provides historical adventures and breathtaking sights in a region UNESCO has designated the Cultural Triangle. The Temple of the Tooth - The Sacred Tooth Relic Temple or Dalada Maligawa is a monumental architectural heritage of not just Kandy but the whole of Sri Lanka. The Relic Tooth was brought to Kandy by King Wimaladharmasuriya-I who took it out of Delgamuwa in Sabaragamuwa. Notes: We recommend wearing modest cloths during the visit to temple of the tooth. Flowers to offer can be purchased along the walkway to the temple. Proper attire is clad for the visit. You may take your camera’s; footwear should be removed at the entrance to the temple and there are safe storage facilities available. Day 4: Nuwara Eliya
Breakfast at the Hotel and leave for Scenic Train Ride from Kandy to Nanu Oya Train Ride Kandy- Nanu Oya Traveling by train in Sri Lanka is a unique experience. Day 5: Kandy To Airport
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to your selected beach hotel/ Get ready for your departure flight.
