I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. I asked for an iron 4 times and didn’t receive it. I had to stop a maid in the hallway to get one. I had booked a room with 2 double beds and was given one bed. I had my son with me and they charged me for having him. My room was not cleaned one of the days and my sign was not on the door. I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I will be frequently Kuwait and will not consider this hotel.

Review of Le Jazz Hotel

The service in this hotel is top notch from the service desk to the restaurant staff on the 18 th floor. The hotel is situated in Hawally which is heavily populated area and also busy. The rooms are big, clean a f have daily service & house cleaning with a daily free bottle of water. One thing I would recommend the hotel to better address their washrooms in terms of getting a better and updated washrooms. They offer a small & nice gym. Their restaurant is on the 18 the floor and can be more of an attraction to bring in more customers. The view from the restaurant covers a wide area at 180 degrees. They can do better decoration & lighting as well. Other than that, very good and I would go back there once again.

Not suitable for a business stay

Unfortunately, this hotel is really run down, in massive need of renovation, and all services need upgrading. The room should have been beautiful - the furniture is rustic and authentic and the room was huge; a suite! But everything was filthy - i didn't want to take my shoes off; the bathroom was in a state of disrepair and very much gave the impression of not being hygienically clean. And complementary breakfast absolutely cannot be given a compliment. Nearby restaurant options are very limited. Unfortunate all round because I was really looking to staying in this hotel, but now i would only recommend to those looking for a budget overnight stop and nothing more.

شهر کویت پایتخت کشور کویت است. شهر کویت به سرعت در حال توسعه است و در همه جا آسمان‌خراش‌هایی با معماری‌های جالب و منحصر به فرد ساخته شده‌اند. شهر کویت به مکانی پرجنب و جوش تبدیل شده است که در آن سرمایه‌گذاری‌های زیادی در هتل‌ها، مراکز خرید، رستوران‌ها، بلوارهای وسیع و پارک‌ها و باغ‌های زیبا انجام شده است. برج‌های کویت، مجموعه‌ای از سه برج که به خلیج فارس مشرف هستند، نماد اصلی شهر هستند. در هنگام غروب از آنها بازدید کنید تا مناظر روز و شب و عکس‌های فوق‌العاده‌ای از شهر بگیرید. مسجد بزرگ، افتخار ملی کویت و بزرگترین مکان عبادت در کشور است. موزه ملی برخی از آثار باستانی تاریخ کویت را در خود جای داده است. موزه القرین نیز ارزش بازدید دارد. برای جذب فضای شهر، به منطقه بازار (سوق) بروید. شهر کویت لوکس و مجلل است و پر از مجتمع‌های خرید مدرن، ماریناها، استراحتگاه‌های ساحلی لوکس و اقامتگاه‌های مجلل، و همچنین رستوران‌های درجه یک است. این همان چیزی است که شهر کویت مدرن را تعریف می‌کند.
