the bed and pillows were great, the room were spacious, the room is generally clean, the staff below were friendly, customer service is not quick to,act on request of guests, breakfast should also consider international guests and not just Indian foods to be served.

Totally rubbish. Won't recommend any one to stay with ln the hotel.Counter staff unfriendly non cooperative and lacking manners and etiquette.

北　雅州（きた　まさくに）

親しみありながら安心して泊まれるホテル

今回で3回目の利用。夜中の到着だったというのもあったのですがフロントの方が少し疲れ気味でした。また早朝髭剃りと歯磨きが無くフロントまで取りに行きましたら、フロントで歯磨きだけを貰い有料で値段は忘れましたが50ルピー程度をフロントでお金を払いました。その箱は破れており、少し残念に思いました。また、今回は日本での予約時の値段が「10,200円」になっていたので、ずいぶん上がったなーと言う印象でした。ですのでサービスも良くなっているだろうと思ったのですが、残念でもありました。但し以前はインド国内便との併用をしていたので5,000円位で宿泊できましたが、今回は併用していなかったために価格が高かったのだと思われます。22日に忘れ物を取りに行った際、別の方がフロントでハキハキ対応して頂きました。素敵なスマイルとスマートな動き、さすがこれぞホテルマン！と思いました。彼の笑顔と彼の行動がなければ、総評はもっと下がったと思われます。また、泊まりたいホテル、がんばってサービス向上して欲しいと思いました。少し辛口の意見すいません。

La première chose que vous remarquez quand vous venez à Gurgaon est le nombre de gratte-ciels. La seconde est les cochons. Au cours des dernières décennies, Gurgaon, une ville située à 32 km de New Delhi, la capitale indienne, est née d'une ancienne friche agricole. Mais ce n’est pas le gouvernement, ni même des individus, qui ont conduit la croissance de Gurgaon. La ville a été construite presque entièrement par des entreprises privées. Gurgaon a des terrains de golf et des centres commerciaux, mais aussi des montagnes d'ordures non nettoyées, de tuyaux qui fuient et de nids de poule le long des routes gouvernementales.
