Tivemos um grande susto durante a madrugada, onde o telefone do quarto tocou à 1 da manhã e meu marido ao atender, era o funcionário da recepção para tirar dúvida de como havia sido nosso pagamento, se havia sido no cartão e se havíamos pago o imposto- tudo isso estava certo- ele poderia muito bem ter tirado essas dúvidas durante o dia. Fora isso, nada a reclamar mas o hotel precisa rever essas políticas para não incomodar o sono dos hóspedes.
